COMMISSIONS

1994\95 Commissioned by Cleveland Arts to design a gate and entrance feature manufactured in steel, for the "3 C's Park" in Middlesbrough. 1994 Commissioned by Cleveland Arts to design a large steel exterior wall piece (similar to the one for GA in Perth), for a new Open Learning Technology Centre for Teeside University in Middlesbrough. 1991 Commissioned by Art in Partnership For Tullie House to design 4 external banners for the entrance to the gallery in Carlisle. 1990 Commissioned by Arts in Partnership For PHILLIPS to design a series of 144 banners for new premises in Airdrie. 1989\90 Commissioned by Art in Partnership for General Accident to design and help produce a large exterior wall piece, manufactured in steel. The piece spans about 40 metres, situated on the front of the sports complex at GA headquarters in Perth.

MEMBERSHIP OF ORGANISATIONS

Member of council of the Edinburgh Printmakers Workshop 1991-97. Professional member of the Society of Scottish Artists and serving member of council 1992-95. ADDITIONAL SKILLS Throughout my career in the area of Printmaking I have always been very involved in all aspects of photography from developing and printing photographs, through to preparing photographic material for screenprint, relief, litho and intaglio printing. l have a good working knowledge of several software packages including Adobe Photoshop 6, Adobe Illustrator 8, Adobe PageMaker, Quark Express and Auto CAD release 11. I am a professional member of the Society of Scottish Artists and as a serving member of council from 1992-95,1 took a Prominent role in selecting and hanging the annual exhibition at the Royal Scottish Academy, Edinburgh, requiring me to coordinate the hanging of a very large amount of varied 2 and 3 dimensional works, plus allocating adequate and appropriate areas for installations and site specific works.
